David Skillen

As a GICD Global Education Advisor, David has played a part in K-12 independent education for over 40 years, specifically in the areas of funding, strategic planning and governance. Along with that experience he has a passion for international mindedness and environmental stewardship. Dave is the senior member of the GCEI team currently collaborating with GICD.
Dave is a founder and board member of Global Culture Education Initiative (www.gcei.weebly.com), a United States non-profit whose Mission is “to encourage and facilitate critical awareness of international mindedness and environmental stewardship among K-12 schools, domestically and internationally.”
